1. 14-Day Free Trial

New hostel registrations receive an automatic 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during trial signup.

2. Pricing Options & Autopay Mandates

HostMan provides Tiered Autopay Plans (Starter ₹499/mo, Growth ₹1,299/mo, Enterprise ₹2,499/mo) and a Pure Flat Plan (₹20/bed/month). Recurring debits are governed under RBI e-mandate guidelines processed securely via Razorpay.

3. Failed Payment Grace Period (Dunning Policy)

If a UPI Autopay debit fails, HostMan initiates a 7-day grace period with dashboard warning notifications. Service suspension occurs only if unpaid after 7 days.
