Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Hostel owners can cancel their monthly UPI Autopay mandate at any time. Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

2. Refunds

Due to the 14-day full access free trial, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges resulting from gateway glitches are refunded 100% within 5-7 business days.
